Область применения

Пластиковые и PCF оптические кабели SIMATIC NET находят применение для построения внутренних сетей PROFINET и Industrial Ethernet. Они могут использоваться для непосредственного подключения к приборам с встроенным оптическим интерфейсом (соединительная система SC RJ). Например, к SCALANCE X200-4P IRT, SCALANCE X201-3P IRT, SCALANCE X202-2P IRT, SCALANCE X101-1POF, ET 200S.

Соединители SC RJ могут монтироваться на пластиковые и PCF оптические кабели непосредственно на месте монтажа. Максимальное расстояние между двумя соседними приборами может достигать 50 м при использовании POF и 100 м при использовании PCF оптических кабелей. PCF кабели поставляются также в разделанном виде с двумя установленными соединителями SC RJ.

Дизайн

Для построения оптических сетей можно использовать несколько типов пластиковых и PCF кабелей:

Пластиковые оптические кабели

Прочный кабель круглого сечения с внешней оболочкой зеленого цвета, элементами усиления из келвара и двумя пластиковыми оптическими жилами, помещенными в полиамидные внутренние оболочки. Он применяется для внутренней и наружной прокладки с длиной линии связи до 50 м. Кабели могут монтироваться на полевом уровне.

Стандартный POF GP кабель (General Purpose);
для внутренней и наружной прокладки
Трейлинговый POF кабель;
для установок с тяговыми воздействиями на кабель

PCF оптические кабели

Прочный кабель круглого сечения с внешней оболочкой зеленого цвета и элементами усиления из келвара, предназначенный для внутренней и наружной прокладки с длиной линии связи до 100 м. Кабели могут монтироваться на полевом уровне.

Стандартный PCF GP кабель (General Purpose);
для внутренней и наружной прокладки с длиной линии связи до 100 м.
Трейлинговый PCF кабель;
для установок с тяговыми воздействиями на кабель и длиной линии связи до 100 м. Кабель может монтироваться на полевом уровне.
Версии:
- Трейлинговый PCF кабель;
  устойчив к сильным механическим воздействиям, полиуретановая (PUR) оболочка, без одобрения UL
- Трейлинговый PCF GP кабель (General Purpose);
  устойчив к сильным механическим воздействиям, полихлорвиниловая (PVC) оболочка, с одобрением UL
